Artwork Guidelines for Custom Stickers

• Resolution: Artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Free cut line application is available only for standard shapes (circle, oval, square, rectangle, etc.).
• Sizing: Please ensure all artwork is provided at the correct size.
• Preferred File Formats: We recommend supplying your artwork as either an SVG or PDF. If you don’t have these formats available, please reach out to us via the email below.
• Backgrounds: Preferred for all artwork to come with no background (unless it is a part of the artwork)
• Artwork Submission Issues: For any difficulties with attaching your artwork, please email us at orders@jimboombasignageandprinting.com.au.

Lead Times

Our standard lead time for custom stickers, signage, and apparel is 4 days from print to post. However, please note that lead times may vary based on several factors, including:

Job Complexity: Higher quantities or intricate designs may require additional time for production.

Special Order Vinyl: If your order involves specialty materials or vinyls, this can also affect lead times.

Lamination Options: Choosing lamination or other finishing services may extend the production timeline.

Artwork Quality: If the submitted artwork requires adjustments or has a lower resolution, this can impact how quickly we can process your order.

Additionally, we enforce a 24-hour drying/degas time before preparing your order for shipping. This is a crucial quality control measure that we adhere to without exception, ensuring the best results for your custom products.

Terms and Conditions for Custom Stickers, Signage, and Apparel

Cost-Effective Pricing: To offer low, cost-effective printing, your decals will be provided either on a roll or cut into appropriately sized sheets based on the quantity ordered.

Design Limitations: A maximum of 5 designs is permitted per metre. Each design will be evenly distributed along the length of the material unless specified otherwise.

Custom Orders: If you require a specific number of stickers that isn’t listed or wish to discuss wholesale options, please contact us at orders@jimboombasignageandprinting.com.au.

Final Sales: All purchases are final as they are custom orders.

Liability Disclaimer: Jimboomba Signage and Printing is not liable for any issues arising during or after application. If damage occurs to the decal during application, it is not the responsibility of Jimboomba Signage and Printing, and no replacements will be provided. Application is done at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damage to the decal or surfaces it is attached to.

Durability Factors: The lifespan of your stickers can be affected by various factors, including weather conditions, storage, cleaning products, and environmental influences. Jimboomba Signage and Printing is not liable for damage resulting from these circumstances, and no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of the decals and stickers. Instructions for care and application may be provided but are not guaranteed to cover all scenarios.

Color Variations: While we strive for accurate color reproduction, variations may occur due to different monitor settings and printing processes. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Artwork Approval: Jimboomba Signage and Printing will only print decals that have been approved by the customer. If you submit an image or file with a resolution lower than our required minimum of 300 DPI and approve it for printing, we will proceed with production at that resolution. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Order Changes: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your order.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the rights to use the images and designs provided. Jimboomba Signage and Printing is not responsible for any copyright infringements.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the transaction should be resolved through direct communication with Jimboomba Signage and Printing. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration.

Promotional Offers: Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to change and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Changes to Terms: Jimboomba Signage and Printing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
