Shipping policy

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

All care is taken when packaging to make sure your goodies are safe to arrive in perfect condition. We use Australia Post and every order has tracking.  Standard and Express Shipping options available at check out. Shipping is calculated by weight. 

At this time we only ship within Australia.

As all orders are customised shipping time is dependent on factors including quantity, delays in approval, additional custom stock etc . We endevour to stick to our lead times which are currently 7 days, however if this is ever not the case you will be made aware upon purchase (if your order is requiring more custom work than normal), or it will be advertised on our websites top banner. 

As soon as your order is placed you will be notified via email (please ensure these details are correct when ordering).  Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received a email.
