Refund policy

Please view refund policies for each item below (be aware different policies apply to different items so ensure you are aware of the refund policy appropriate to the item you are purchasing).

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will always endeavour to assist and fix any issues that have arisen due to proven fault on our behalf.  

**Please note Jimboomba Signage and Printing has no liabilities to any issues that arise during or after application of an decals, SAV's, DTF's, HTV's, Stickers or Application Tapes. Should you damage the decal during application this is at no fault of Jimboomba Signage and Printing and as such a replacement will not be sent. The decal is applied at your own risk and Jimboomba Signage and Printing is not liable for any damages made to the decal or caused from the decal (ie. surfaces it is attached too). You are applying the decals at your own risk and as such should take appropriate measures to prep surfaces correctly and to ensure that the surface is able to withstand the product without causing damaging. 

By purchasing products, you have agreed to the above. 

 

Should any damage occur during transit this will be the responsibility of the transit company not Jimboomba Signage and Printing

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items due to the customisation. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

T-shirt Purchases Only

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your product has been warn, washed, tags removed or used the return will not be accepted and refund will not be made.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
